Mrs. Tschappat

 

Hello! I am Ashley Tschappat and this is my first year at Diamond Canyon and teaching fourth grade! Proud to be a new coyote!!

I am originally from Kalamazoo, MI, yet have lived in Phoenix for over 30 years. I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor's in Education. And have been a reading instructor for 6 years. 

I am blessed to have been married to my wonderful husband for 16 years and share two amazing kids, a daughter 15 and a son 12. Along with a mini zoo at my house and my third child, a blue-heeler (5-year-old dog). We enjoy spending time as a family camping (glamping in the RV), boating (I love to bass fish), and board game competitions. 

In Mrs. In Tschappat's Fourth Grade class we model CHAMPS expectations.
